    Itโ€™s because you're not getting the right support for you.

    Our in-app habit tracker lets you log your habits to make sure your doing the necessaries to get quick results.

    And for me as your coach to see how your getting on.

  • To make sure you are getting results every week, you will complete a weekly check in inside the app.

    Where we can analyse your weight, measurements and general progress and make changes to your plan where necessary.

  • If you are local to Teesside, you can add 1-1 Personal Training sessions with me for an added extra.
